The holiday home is in the same plot as the owner's house. However, you will have exclusive use of the apartment and the pool area.

Indoor, the comfortable living room features a split-level ambience, characterised by a cosy lounge space with a wall-mounted, Bang Und Olufsen TV for relaxing. On the opposite side of the living space, you will find the splendid Italian-style kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances, a magnificent kitchen island and full windows overlooking the pool area and the valley below. Here, you feel at home far from home, considering the house has everything you could need to prepare delicious delicacies and surprise your better half.

From the living room, you can access the upper part of the house. Here, you will find six steps on the right side of the corridor, which lead to a fabulous double bedroom, equipped with a 190x200 Tempur bed that ensures the most relaxing sleep, and with views of the sea and the mountains; to the left of the corridor, you will find the bathroom with a double washbasin, a huge shower tray and a wonderful whirlpool bathtub. At the end of the corridor, there is another bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined together with a topper.

The third bedroom can be accessed directly from the living room, up a flight of five steps. This is the master bedroom, equipped with a 190x200 Tempur double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, an annexe converted into a dressing room and a private balcony with views of the hills.

Warm/cool air-con is provided in the master bedroom.

The outdoor area is the perfect spot where to rejoice in the sunshine and relax together with your beloved one. Prepare your meals in the BBQ and have them "al fresco" in the shade of the gazebo; sunbathe on the sun loungers and rejoice in the views while sitting on the deckchairs. Or else, dip into the fresh waters of the private pool and chill-out in the shaded space by the pool. However you choose to spend your time, you are granted a spectacular holiday in this holiday home near the coast of Mijas.

The access to the house is fully paved.
