The villa on three levels: the indoor is split into two floors, whereas the outdoor pool area lies on a lower level. The indoor of the villa relies on a light-filled, open-concept living area, divided into the living room with comfortable sofas and a fireplace and a fully-equipped open kitchen with a dining area facing the wide windows; thanks to it, the light fills all the corners of the room. The ground floor is also provided with a bathroom with shower. Besides, here you will find two bedrooms out of the four provided in the house: one is provided with one double bed and two single beds, and the other relies on two single beds.

The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa: one features one double bed and two single beds, and the other has two single beds. Therefore, up to 8 people can spend their holidays here. This floor also presents two more bathrooms with shower at the guests’ disposal, as well as a splendid rooftop terrace with dining area where you are granted the possibility of sunbathing and enjoying the views of the town and surrounding hills. The whole villa is provided with warm/cool air-con.

The front yard features a coquettish chill-out area under a porch and a lovely outdoor dining area in a nearby covered porch completed with an outdoor kitchen. The split-level backyard of the villa welcomes a nice gazebo on the upper level and the pool area on the lower level, with a poolside covered area with sun loungers.

The access to the villa is made possible by a paved lane, as the house is located in a residential area in Coin.
