This delightful three-bedroom villa is set in lovely grounds in the heart of the Andalusian countryside, in a private while not isolated area.

Well presented and maintained throughout, with modern furniture, fixtures and fittings, this lovely private villa can comfortably accommodate six to seven people. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with ample seating for all guests, a very well-equipped independent kitchen (including dishwasher), plus a master bedroom with a double bed and full bathroom with a shower. There is also a room, where a seventh guest could be accommodated. Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms and another bathroom with shower.

For your comfort and entertainment, there is full air-conditioning (with a heat setting for cooler months), TV with some UK channels, DVD and CD player, and WiFi internet access at a small extra charge.

Outside, the superb swimming pool (not overlooked by any neighbours) is fenced-off for child safety, and there is ample space for poolside sunbathing. There is also a shaded dining area, an all-important barbecue, beautiful gardens - including a lawn and an orchard - and the entire property is fully fenced with secure parking.

The access to the house is made possible by a narrow lane, which is not ideal if you own a big car.
