Holiday house for 9 people in Albolote, Province of Granada, Andalusia.
Beautiful villa with a large private pool, large outdoor area with barbecue and garden in the Pantano de Cubillas, 15 minutes from the center of Granada and 40 minutes from the beach. It has a large fully consolidated garden area with a natural grass area, ornamental plants and fruit trees.
The house is divided into three floors.
On the ground floor we find a large living room with a fireplace and sofas. We also find a spectacular and spacious dining room next to the fully equipped American kitchen and next to it. a clean up.
The entire ground floor is perfectly accessible, without architectural barriers.
On the first floor we find three bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. On this floor there is also the main bathroom of the house with a bathtub. On the same floor we find a nice terrace overlooking the garden.
On the second floor we find a bedroom that has three single beds, with magnificent views of the Sierra Nevada and the reservoir.
It has a magnificent outdoor area with a pergola and barbecue, an outdoor bathroom and a large private pool with sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe.
The house is located within the Parque del Cubillas Urbanization, a magnificent private urbanization that is 100 meters from the Cubillas Reservoir where you can practice any type of water sport. The urbanization has a supermarket, tennis courts, soccer field, restaurant and bar.
