Townhouse for 6 people in Zahara de los Atunes, in the province of Cádiz, in Andalusia.
This apartment has two floors. On the ground floor we find a kitchen hall and dining room, and porch and patio area with shower, hose, clothesline.
The living room-dining room is equipped with everything you need to rest, as it is made up of several sofas that are around a low table (but extendable, very useful for using it to work with the laptop) in front of the television, which is hung of the wall. In addition, you have access to the terrace, where there is a large table. Next to it, you can meet in company, either with family or friends and chat and have a good time outdoors. We have cards, board games, etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped for the use and enjoyment of guests, as it has, among other things, a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, American and Italian coffee maker, ceramic hob, washing machine, etc.
On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers, one of which is en suite. The suite room has its own exterior bathroom with two windows and a reading terrace with a work area, minibar, comfortable armchairs and books to escape from day-to-day life with views of the mountains and the urbanization's garden area with its pedestrian path. The other rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a balcony, share a full bathroom, so there is cross ventilation. All rooms, except kitchen, are equipped with Split hot and cold.
The house is perfectly furnished and equipped. It also includes fiber optic WiFi of more than 50Mbps and split air conditioning in all rooms of the house, both in the living room and in the bedrooms.
One aspect to take into account is that after the remodeling that the house underwent in 2017 there is an armored gate that divides the townhouse into two completely independent houses, with different entrances for the owner and clients.
The great location of this apartment, on the beach in Zahara de los Atunes, makes it a perfect choice to spend your holidays and a time to disconnect. A five-minute walk from paradise, as it is located 500 meters from Zahara beach and 550m from the famous Zahar El Pez Limón beach bar.
