Holiday home for 10 people in Almuñécar, in the province of Granada, Andalusia.
It is ideal for enjoying the sun and the sea throughout the year, whether it is a well-deserved vacation, a few days off, or taking advantage of the advantages offered by teleworking and changing the views of the office for a unique environment.
It is located a few minutes from the beach, in Marina del Este and allows you to enjoy the sunny and pleasant climate that the Tropical Crust of Granada offers throughout the year.
The house is distributed over two floors, being two independent apartments that only communicate from the outside.
The ground floor has three double bedrooms, two with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a third bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On this floor there is also a toilet, a living room and a kitchen.
While the upper floor has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and the other with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On this floor there is also a living room and a kitchen.
Its exterior has a large terrace with sea views and a private pool on the terrace on the top floor. It offers all the necessary elements for an exclusive stay, as well as a careful and modern decoration.
