Holiday home for 5 people near Montellano, in the province of Seville, Andalusia.

This villa is a former farmhouse located at the foothills of the Sierra de San Pablo, in Montellano, Seville, surrounded by extensive hectares of pine forest and offering stunning views of the Sevillian countryside.

The property is divided into three areas: a small vineyard, a pool area (formerly a water tank) next to the barbecue and bread oven, and another that houses the farmhouse and a charming garden.

The house is equipped with electricity supplied through a modern solar panel system and hot water in the bathroom.

Although the house is self-sufficient, it is recommended to use electricity sparingly.

It features a kitchen equipped with a practical two-burner gas stove, along with the necessary utensils for guests. The dining area has a table and six comfortable chairs, ideal for enjoying pleasant moments. The living room includes a three-seater sofa and an armchair, as well as a modern fireplace with an air turbine that heats the entire room.
Bedrooms are accessed through a curtain, following the tradition of this type of housing. The bathroom, though small, is equipped with essentials and has a door with a lock. The main bedroom is spacious and allows for an extra bed or a mini crib. The 150 cm mattress is of top quality and comes with a bed base and a wardrobe without doors. The additional bedroom has two beds with high-quality mattresses and offers a beautiful view of the countryside.

Outside the house, there is a container for trash which is collected periodically. Guests must allow daily access to the maintenance manager, who will ensure water and electricity supply if the batteries are low.

Parties are prohibited, as the environment is designed to enjoy peace and relaxation. Firewood for the fireplace is provided free of charge.
