The house aims to highlight a valuable asset (an original and rustic inherited heritage) where our ancestors adapted to the circumstances with great effort and will, never giving up the unique identity of this mountain range in a one-of-a-kind ecosystem that has endured for centuries among us, the dehesa.

This property consists of a group of houses distributed as follows:

House 1: Three bedrooms, each with two single beds.

House 2: Two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with three single beds.

House 3: Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

House 4: Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds.

Each house features a living room with a fireplace, dining room, equipped kitchen, complete bathroom, and porch with an independent dining area.

You will have free access to a 100 m² celebration hall in front of the pool, which includes a restroom, large dining area, play and reading zones, a large 80-inch smart TV, sound system, kitchen with complete utensils (oven, air fryer, hand blender, microwave, barbecue, refrigerated bottle rack, chest freezer, etc.), fireplace, and everything necessary to make a group stay both wonderful and comfortable, thus separating the resting area from the common leisure area.

You will also find a terrace to enjoy the outdoors, an outdoor restroom, and a portable barbecue to enliven your al fresco gatherings. Pets are welcome.

Outside, the spacious gardens stretch with color and serenity, creating a perfect haven for unwinding. The large pool, surrounded by sun loungers, invites refreshing dips. The outdoor area also includes shaded spots, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a book under the shade of the fruit trees that line the pool.

The house is nestled in an estate of centuries-old holm oaks in the Sierra Norte Natural Park of the Province of Seville, declared a biosphere reserve in 2002 and included in the European Geoparks Network in 2011. It is only 3 to 4 kilometers by road from Alanís de la Sierra and San Nicolas del Puerto, respectively.

The access road to the house has approximately five hundred meters of dirt track, connecting this peaceful retreat with the nearby treasures of the region, making it the perfect starting point to explore the enchanting region of Andalusia.
