The tastefully decorated home offers two cozy living rooms, four comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and three bathrooms with showers. It can easily accommodate up to eight people with its three double beds and two single beds. Additionally, the residence welcomes pets, so you won't have to leave your furry friends at home for an extra cost.
The spacious living area invites socializing, while the well-equipped kitchen promises to facilitate your culinary moments. It comprises two floors.
From the porch outside, you will step into the well-kept garden with a portable barbecue area, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals under the Andalusian sky. The pool, surrounded by sun loungers and shaded areas, invites you to dive in and relax while enjoying the sunny weather. The exterior decor is complemented by climbing plants and cozy outdoor furniture that create a charming Mediterranean ambiance.
The house was formerly a historic bakery in the village. It was expanded and remodeled in 1974 by its previous owners, both architects, who gave it a "design" touch without sacrificing its rural spirit. The current renovation was completed in 2022, respecting the original spaces and furniture, and equipping it with all the amenities a modern rural house should have. It combines the best of rural living with modern design and comfort.
For your peace of mind, the access road to the house is fully paved. Spend the day exploring the surroundings and the night enjoying the stars from one of the outdoor spaces the house offers.
