The extensive living area is characterised by double-height ceilings and modern furniture that match with the delicate colours used to paint the walls. In the main room, you will find two sofas and a modern-design fireplace that could be seen from both the living room and the kitchen area. Near the couches, there is a massive dining table, around which the whole family will gather and make the most of tasty delicacies. The rest of the common areas feature a splendid independent kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and tools to let you test your chef abilities. In the middle of the room, the lovely kitchen island with stools conveys the idea of the rural-and-modern mix.

The villa is provided with five spacious bedrooms to ensure a resting holiday to all the guests. All of them rely on warm/cool air-con, as does the rest of the house, and comfortable beds to regain one's energies. One bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, which can be united to create a double bed; two bedrooms feature a double bed each, which is accompanied by an extra single bed; in the fourth bedroom, you will find a double bed and a comfortable sofa, whereas the last bedroom is provided with one double bed.

In the house, you will also find two spacious bathrooms that will meet every family member's desire. One bathroom features a massive walk-in shower and two washbasins, and the other is provided with a whirlpool bathtub and a walk-in shower.

In the outdoor area, you will soak up the Andalusian atmosphere, and you can feel it in the two porches, and the sun dipped front patio. In the backyard porch, accessible from one of the bedrooms, you are provided with a ping-pong table, which you can use to spend your free time with your family.

One of the porches in the front yard is equipped with two barrels and stools where you can enjoy the views as you rejoice in a glass of wine. The central porch features two dining tables and a BBQ, and it opens onto a splendid patio, whose main features are the picturesque central fountain and the magnificent panoramic views of the Sevillan countryside. Besides, the courtyard welcomes a covered chill-out area and another table under the shadow of the palm trees.

Last, but not least, the mesmerising pool area, which allows you to enjoy a refreshing dip as you let your eyes wander through the fields that extend before your eyes. The sun loungers all around the pool and the pergola are the cherries on the pie.

The access to the villa is possible via a 1.4-km unpaved lane.
