Holiday home in La Luisiana, in the province of Seville, Andalusia.
This magnificent rural house with rustic details is perfect for a group of 12 people, as it has all the comforts to enjoy a great vacation.
The house is distributed over two floors, six bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower, and a toilet.
The cozy interior is rustic in style, with a ceiling and wooden details. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, with a single bed each, a small bathroom with a shower, and a living room with sloping ceilings. On the ground floor, the other four bedrooms of the house are located, all with double beds. In addition, the master bedroom has an ensuite toilet. A bathroom with a shower is available to all guests staying on the ground floor. In addition, here you will have at your disposal a spacious, very bright living-dining room with a fireplace, from which you can access the kitchen fully equipped with everything you need, characterized by a beautiful tiled floor.
The entire house has hot/cold air conditioning.
Outside, you can enjoy the good weather relaxing in the private pool area that has total privacy. On a beautiful wooden porch, you will share tasty meals in the company of the whole family and prepare delicious barbecues. On the porch, there is also a chill-out area with an outdoor fireplace. The perfectly maintained garden has different shaded areas where the whole family can relax in the tranquility of this villa. The house also has an outside toilet.
Access is possible via a paved lane.
