It boasts two spacious bedrooms, both with double capacity and a double bed. Additionally, one of the beds can be divided into two single beds, perfect for families with children. Equipped with a modern and complete bathroom with a shower, as well as a charming exterior toilet for guests' convenience.
The modern living room features a comfortable sofa and an integrated TV, allowing you to relax after a long day and enjoy your favorite shows. If you prefer, you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and the atmosphere it creates. The large dining table, equipped for 4 diners, is ready to host your entire family and enjoy pleasant family dinners. The modern American-style kitchen has everything necessary for cooking enthusiasts. From this living area, we have direct access to the terrace through its glass doors, which also provide light and clarity to the entire space.
In the outdoor area, a fantastic porch with a relaxation area welcomes us. Or if you prefer, you can prepare delicious barbecues in the outdoor kitchen or enjoy a good breakfast while savoring the incredible views. The pool area is surrounded by grass and features several sunbeds, as well as a beautiful Balinese bed where you can relax with a good book and enjoy the Mediterranean sun. Undoubtedly, its fabulous pool with views of the Mediterranean Sea and the town of Torrox will make you want to spend hours in it.
The lovely village of Torrox is just a short drive away. Here you can find bars, shops, and pharmacies, or delight in its incredible beaches.
The rural house also offers private parking for several cars. Access is via a 3 km lane from the road, of which 2 km are paved and 1 km is dirt.
