The house is laid out in a welcoming style: it has a living room, five bedrooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms with showers. On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with a shower, two single beds, two double beds, and a bunk bed, distributed among three bedrooms. On the first floor, there is another bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. The rustic décor with stone and wood elements adds a special touch to the ambiance.

To optimize comfort and sustainability, rooms are made available according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation, except for the periods from June 15th to September 15th and from December 20th to December 31st. During these periods, the entire house is always rented for a total of 12 people, for the exclusive use of your group, although some rooms may not be available if not needed.

Access to the farmhouse is via a 1350-meter uphill rural road that crosses a typical rural landscape of the area. It has a paved section (600m) and another section of compacted dirt (750m) with steep curves. It is passable with a standard car, but caution is advised.

The interior of the house is welcoming and designed for comfort. On the ground floor, the living room offers a perfect space to share moments with friends and family, as does the fully equipped kitchen, which invites you to prepare delicious meals. The bedrooms, with their wooden beams and decorative details, ensure a restful sleep.

For your complete comfort, all rooms in the house have ceiling fans.

Outside, you'll be greeted by a beautiful porch and a spacious terrace with sun loungers and views of the surrounding countryside. Here you can also enjoy a built-in barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining. The swimming pool is the ideal place to cool off and enjoy the peace and tranquility that surrounds this property.
