Holiday home for 8 people in Arriate, Province of Malaga, Andalusia.
Large villa just 5 km from Ronda, located on an olive grove. It features a large swimming pool with a children's area and spectacular views, a parking area, a large picnic area with a barbecue, a well-kept garden with flowers, trees, and Arabic-style fountains, a lake with colorful fish, and relaxation areas.
In the entrance hall, as well as in the upper study and the en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom, we find domed ceilings in exposed ceramic brick, with craftsmanship that will surprise you. The living room, furnished with comfortable seating, leads through an archway to the dining room, which is equipped with a large round table and chairs for eight. From the dining room, we easily access the kitchen and adjoining pantry, equipped with all the necessary equipment and utensils for your stay.
There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, all with built-in wardrobes. A master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with two sinks, a toilet, and a bidet. Another master bedroom with a double bed shares a large bathroom with another bedroom with two single beds. The shared bathroom has a splendid shower, two sinks, a toilet, and a bidet.
Upstairs, separately, there is a beautiful suite consisting of a study and bedroom, with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom that also has a sink and toilet. The study in the tower is impressive in itself, as you will be fascinated by the large dome that crowns it, as well as the barrel vault and stained-glass windows above the staircase that leads to this charming space.
Outside, there is a very pleasant garden with a lawn next to the pool. There is also a large covered picnic area fully equipped with a barbecue, cupboards, sinks, water, electricity, and complete furniture.
The pool also has a shallow area ideal for children. We also enjoy various fountains, including a large Nasrid-style fountain that blends in with the Andalusian temple at the end of the garden. There is also a lake home to colorful fish.
