Two-story country house for up to 6 people in Cártama, Málaga Province, just 5 km from the town and only 3 km from the A357 motorway, which will take you to Málaga and its surrounding areas, as well as its beaches, in just 20 minutes.

This charming and modern accommodation boasts expansive mountain views, allowing you to enjoy the tranquility and sunshine of Málaga.

Upon entering the house, you'll find a spacious, comfortable, and bright open-plan living room with a kitchenette. The living room is equipped with air conditioning and a 55" smart TV. It also features a wood-burning fireplace for the winter months. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Next to the living room is a bathroom with a shower.

The ground floor also includes a cinema room with a projector, a 130" screen, and a home cinema system. It is equipped with a satellite receiver, streaming platforms, and video game consoles (Wii and PS4). Ideal for film and sports enthusiasts.

The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Two have double beds (135cm and 150cm respectively), and the third has two single beds (90cm). All three bedrooms have central air conditioning, double-glazed windows with mosquito nets, and open wardrobes. One of the bedrooms, the one with the 150cm bed, also has a large built-in wardrobe. This floor also features a shared bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a Turkish bath with steam for ultimate relaxation (available only in autumn and winter).

Also on this upper floor, there is a small utility room with a washing machine and a terrace with stairs leading to the rooftop terrace, which offers views of the Guadalhorce Valley surrounding the property.

Outdoors, there is a fenced, 6.5m round swimming pool with a depth of 1.5m. Next to the pool, in an enclosed patio-like space, there's a barbecue area with various utensils, including a griddle and a gas paella pan, allowing you to cook without going inside the house during the summer months. This area also features a built-in table that seats up to ten people. A short ramp leads outside the patio to a relaxation area, perfect for chill-out days, shaded by a large pergola—one of the coolest spots in the house. A Bluetooth speaker is also available for playing music from your phone outdoors.

Near the pool, you'll find a games area with foosball, a pool table, and a dartboard, ideal for enjoying time with family and friends. This interior courtyard also includes an accessible storage room with cupboards, an extra refrigerator, and a small bathroom with a toilet.

Outside the patio, you'll find a property of approximately 8,000 square meters, fully fenced and featuring numerous fruit trees (fig, orange, lemon, persimmon, grapevines, etc.), as well as many olive and almond trees. This outdoor area includes a large, covered gravel parking area with a pergola, providing shade for up to two cars from the summer sun.

Please note that, being in a rural setting, there may be some cats that occasionally approach to greet visitors. If you are allergic to cats, please be aware that they always remain outside the house, in the garden area.

Access to the property is via a 600-meter stretch of flat, well-maintained dirt road, suitable for any type of vehicle. The property is accessed through an automatic gate.
