Holiday house for 14 people in Alhaurín de la Torre, Province of Málaga, Andalusia.
This modern style villa with capacity for 14 people has more than 300m2 of constructed area, 2500m2 of plot, it is comfortable and very cozy.
The ground floor consists of a living room with very comfortable sofas, fireplace, large windows with access to the large terrace. In it we can find a table for 14 people and direct access to the pool and garden. The kitchen in question is very practical and modern, which is very well equipped. Also, washer and dryer, iron, ironing board.
Here we find a double bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobes and large windows with access to the garden. A second bedroom for the children with four single beds, large windows with access to the garden and many games to avoid getting bored. On this same floor we can find a fully equipped bathroom with a shower tray.
On the main floor, we can find 4 bedrooms. The first has a double bed, it is bright and has built-in wardrobes.
The second bedroom has a double bed, has built-in wardrobes and windows with views of the garden and the mountains.
The third bedroom with a double bed has built-in wardrobes and large windows with views of the garden.
The fourth bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and windows overlooking the garden and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
On this same floor we can find another fully equipped bathroom with a shower tray.
Outside the house, it has a barbecue area and gas grill in the garden, large illuminated pool, hammocks, a pergola with tables and chairs next to the pool, parking inside the property, large garden, children's area, trampoline, ping-pong table, darts, basketball basket and many relaxation areas to enjoy a good book or simply to rest.
