Holiday house for 16 people in Alhaurín de la Torre, Province of Málaga, Andalusia.
Stay in a fantastic newly renovated villa with all the new equipment inside. Maximum convenience and comfort for a perfect family vacation, where good weather is always guaranteed. Located within the town of Alhaurín de la Torre, in the prestigious urban area. El Lagar and just 5 minutes by car from the town center and 15 minutes from the airport, Malaga capital and the beaches of Torremolinos.
The villa is distributed over two floors as follows:
On the main floor we find;
-Kitchen: On the main floor we find a beautiful modern independent kitchen that is very well equipped. We also find an island with 6 stools, a table with capacity for up to 16 diners. From this room we have direct access to the garden through 2 large windows.
-Living room: A spacious and bright room that has an L-shaped sofa for up to 6 people, a TV and several individual armchairs.
- Bedroom 1: it is the only room in the property that is accessed without climbing any stairs and is suitable for older people or people with reduced mobility. It has a 150x200 double bed, wardrobe, mirror and full bathroom en suite.
-Bathroom and Toilet: full bathroom with shower located on the main floor. In turn, there is a toilet on this floor.
On the first floor we find;
-Bedroom 2: can be considered the main bedroom of the house and consists of 1 double bed, two-seater sofa, large dressing room and full en-suite bathroom.
-Bedroom 3: consists of 1 double bed, flat screen TV, wardrobe and mirror. Lots of spaciousness in this room.
-Bedroom 4: consists of 1 double bed, desk to work on, wardrobe, mirror and access to a 40 square meter terrace with a relaxation area.
-Bedroom 5: consists of 1 double bed, built-in wardrobe and mirror.
-Bedroom 6: consists of 2 single beds, flat screen TV, wardrobe and mirror.
-Bedroom 7: consists of 1 bunk bed + two single beds, flat screen TV, board games, video games for children, wardrobe and mirror.
-Bathrooms: also on the main floor we will find two additional full bathrooms. Completely new and renovated like the rest of the house.
Outside the house we find the pool with a jacuzzi area, a barbecue area with table and seats in a shaded area with a very pleasant temperature, next to a porch and a ping-pong table next to a basketball basket.
