Holiday house for 10 people in Benalmádena, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.
It is located in a consolidated urbanization, less than 5 minutes from: golf course, hospitals, leisure center, shops and just 15 minutes from Malaga international airport.
This property stands on an area of approximately 3,000m2, surrounded by lush green spaces and trees, mainly palm trees, olive trees and conifers. It rises 160 meters above sea level, with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and Mount Calamorro.
Villa Las Coniferas consists of a main house and a guest house, both modern, functional and of high quality, which total an area of 300m2, plus covered parking, and are configured as follows:
MAIN HOUSE (MAIN FLOOR)
It has a fully equipped kitchen in a perfect space where you can put your best recipes into practice. On the other hand, it enjoys beautiful views of the garden.
The living room is a spacious room with a 3-seater sofa, 2 individual beanbag seats and a central seat for 2 people. You can enjoy a relaxing time watching the 55-inch Samsung Curve TV or reading a book in our relaxing armchair overlooking the pool and garden. It has direct access to the terrace.
It has two bedrooms, of which the first is the main bedroom of the villa and has a double bed, Samsung Curve TV, A/C, radiator, automatic blinds and a relaxing armchair where you can enjoy a pleasant rest while contemplating the views. to the pool. There is a desk/work table, a mini kitchen with fridge, sink, kettle and cutlery. To store clothes there is a large 12-door closet. En-suite bathroom with air conditioning, radiator, sink, mirror, whirlpool bath and shower.
And in the second bedroom we find views of the garden with a double bed, TV, A/C, radiator and a large 5-door dressing room. En-suite bathroom with A/C, radiator, sink, WC and shower.
