Holiday house for 10 people in Alhaurín de la Torre, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.
Located just 10/15 minutes from the airport and the best beaches in the area, our villa enjoys a privileged location. In addition, you will find a wide variety of shops and supermarkets within walking distance, allowing you to easily stock up during your stay.
The villa is distributed over two floors:
On the main floor, we find two well-differentiated areas to offer you a comfortable and spacious environment. In the left area, you will find three cozy bedrooms with double beds. The master bedroom features a king size bed, a full en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet for added convenience. In the second bedroom there is also a king size bed and in the third bedroom a standard double bed. There is also a full bathroom in the hallway for shared use.
In the right area of the villa is the independent kitchen, fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils necessary to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Also in this area is the living room, which has comfortable sofas, an 85-inch Samsung smart TV, a dining table for 6 people and large windows that offer panoramic views of the garden. Additionally, there is an additional toilet in this area.
The house is equipped with internet via WiFi and air conditioning in each room, which guarantees a pleasant and cool atmosphere even on the hottest days.
On the upper floor there is an optional fourth room that has two 90cm single beds and a double bed, all with air conditioning.
Outside, our villa offers a large plot of 1000 square meters with a beautiful garden. Here you can relax in the chill-out area while enjoying snacks and refreshing drinks. You will also find a barbecue area to organize outdoor meals and a pool with an indoor jacuzzi to cool off and relax at any time of the day.
In addition, the plot has outdoor parking space for up to 3 vehicles, giving you comfort and security during your stay.
This wonderful home is located in a residential area, which will allow you easy access on foot to a wide variety of services. With shops, bars and bus stops nearby, you will have everything you need at your fingertips.
