Holiday house for 10 people in Alhaurín de la Torre, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.
It has 700m2 of constructed area, 3000m2 of plot, it is comfortable and very cozy.
It has 4 bedrooms. On the main floor, we can find 3 of them. The first one with a double bed and a single bed is very spacious and bright. It has built-in wardrobes with mirrors, large windows, air conditioning and heating and a bathroom with a shower.
The second bedroom, with a double bed, is very bright and has views of the property's park and the valley. It has built-in wardrobes and air conditioning and heating. The third bedroom with a double bed and a single bed has built-in wardrobes and large windows with access to a small balcony.
On this same floor we can find a fully equipped, spacious bathroom with a shower and a toilet. In addition to an office area to be able to work.
It also has a split-level living room divided by a beautiful fireplace (decorative only). In the living room area we find a comfortable sofa, TV, 300 MB fiber internet and an imposing spiral staircase. In the dining area we can find a table for 10 people. In addition to large windows with direct access to the large terrace. From there the views of the garden and the Guadalhorce valley are incredible!
Although we know that during your vacation you like to eat or dine out (you have a lot of restaurants next to your house) one day you may feel like cooking, which is why it is necessary to have a kitchen equipped with everything you need. This kitchen in question is very practical and modern (renovated in May 2023)
It has a microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, smoke extractor, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and storage area. You won't need more!
But that is not all! This same floor, completely open, presents a second very well-equipped kitchen (the beer tap is not available), a toilet and a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a very comfortable sofa overlooking the pool, a disco area with lights and speakers throughout the house, gym and laundry room with iron and ironing board.
We also think about older people who cannot climb stairs and for them, you can find a bedroom with a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, without having to go upstairs.
The house has private parking inside the house but outdoors, for several cars.
