Holiday house for 10 people, in Alhaurín de la Torre, Province of Málaga, Andalusia.
It is a high-quality home, located in one of the most sought-after areas of Alhaurín de la Torre, such as the Los Manantiales urbanization. This is due to its great location, located in an area of total tranquility and privacy, close to all types of shops and with good access to the town with a short walk.
The house is distributed over three floors with the following distribution:
-Low level;
-Living room: tastefully designed and quite spacious, it has a large chaise-longue sofa, several armchairs and large windows that give access to a large terrace that overlooks the garden and pool. Very bright and spacious. It also has a fireplace for the winter.
-Kitchen: very spacious and modern kitchen, a perfect space to put your best recipes into practice. It has many windows that give it a lot of clarity and luminosity. We also find a dining table for up to 5 people with a beautiful decoration.
-Toilet: a small toilet for the ground floor.
-Top floor;
-Bedroom 1: consists of a double bed, with air conditioning and ceiling fan. It also has a large dressing room and en-suite bathroom with double sink, toilet, bathtub and shower.
-Bedroom 2: consists of a double bed, with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
-Bedroom 3: consists of 3 single beds and another larger single bed. It has a built-in wardrobe and windows that provide a lot of light. It has access to a bathroom with a bathtub that it shares with another bedroom.
-Bedroom 4: consists of 2 single beds, with windows that provide lots of light. It has access to a bathroom with a bathtub that it shares with bedroom 3.
In the basement, we find an area that has a practical gym to exercise and an office area to work without fear of being disturbed.
Outside, we have a large plot surrounding the entire house, especially highlighting the following areas:
In the garden and pool, there are hammocks and several rest areas. Ideal to cool off in summer or at any time of the year for the most daring. Along with an area with a barbecue and dining room, in the summer season there is nothing better than preparing food outdoors. Enjoy the best meats prepared on a charcoal or wood barbecue, where you can enjoy a pleasant meal outdoors.
