The house, for the exclusive use of guests, is distributed on a single floor and features three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with a fireplace and direct access to the outdoor areas. Air conditioning is available in the living room, kitchen, and two of the bedrooms.

Outside, you'll find several furnished porches, an outdoor dining area, a garden, and a unique natural swimming pool, also known as an eco-pool. Thanks to a biological filtration system using aquatic plants, the water remains clean and crystal clear without the need for chlorine or salt, offering a more natural and environmentally friendly swimming experience. Next to the pool is a pleasant area of natural grass, sun loungers, and shaded spots where you can relax during the warmer months.

The house stands out for its rustic-Mediterranean style, inspired by traditional Andalusian farmhouses. Natural materials such as wood, wrought iron, tile, and clay, along with restored furniture and pieces with a history, create a warm and characterful atmosphere.

One of the most special aspects of this accommodation is the presence of its owners, who live in an adjacent house on the property. Their proximity allows them to offer personalized attention and a much more authentic experience to those who wish it. They will be available to answer questions, recommend routes, towns, restaurants, and places of interest in the province, as well as share their extensive knowledge of local culture, gastronomy, and traditions.

In addition, the owners offer, upon request and subject to availability, gastronomic experiences and Mediterranean cooking classes. Participants will be able to accompany them to the local market to select fresh, seasonal produce and learn to prepare traditional Andalusian and Mediterranean recipes, such as paella, gazpacho, salmorejo, fried fish, and oxtail stew.
