The tastefully furnished villa is located on the edge of a quiet, rural neighbourhood. It is completely at ground level, has a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen for guests, three bedrooms two with double beds of 160 x 200 cm and 150 x 200 cm as well as a twin room and a bathroom. The living room has a fireplace for the winter days and large windows with access to the patio.
Two of the three bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room are equipped with air-conditioning.
In the garden area next to the kitchen, is a veranda exclusively for guests, with a large dining table, as well as a pergola with garden furniture where you can spend time in front of a beautiful lemon tree.
As a special feature, there is a natural swimming pool for refreshment completely without chlorine, therefore slight plant deposits are never completely excluded, a plant filter zone always ensures natural, crystal clear water which is particularly kind to the skin.
In the garden there is a lawn with a tree, in the shade of which you can relax on sun loungers, as well as a covered private car park.
A small supermarket, butcher, pharmacy, a small football pitch and playgrounds, bus stops and three restaurants are within walking distance in the district of Cerralba. Further shops and public transport are available in the nearby town of Pizarra. There are numerous hiking trails in the valley with predominantly citrus plantations, and cycling tours or horse riding can also be undertaken. The metropolis of Málaga or the beaches of the Costa del Sol are easy to reach.
The owners of the holiday home live in the neighbouring house and are there for guests if required.
