Discover an exceptional independent villa on the beautiful Costa del Sol, Alhaurín de la Torre, Málaga. This private villa offers a unique experience with an exclusive pool and 3 double bedrooms.
The accommodation is strategically located, less than 20 minutes from Malaga airport and close to beautiful beaches. With capacity to park up to 5 cars, it is the ideal starting point to explore the province of Malaga and enjoy the most important tourist attractions in Andalusia, such as Ronda, Caminito del Rey and the Sierra de las Nieves National Park. You can also enjoy the charm of the center of Malaga, its museums, historical architecture and gastronomy.
Access to the villa is easy and safe, by roads or paved streets. Upon entering, a large hall takes you to the kitchen, laundry room, a bathroom with WC and the living-dining room next to two of the bedrooms. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, with quality appliances, such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooker and up to two coffee makers.
All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning, and each bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with shower, guaranteeing privacy and comfort. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a King Size bed and the other with 2 single beds. The dining room, with access to the porch and the pool, furnished with TV, family table and comfortable double sofa bed. The third bedroom is accessed by an external staircase, with a charming room with a double bed and a small private terrace, ideal for greater privacy. It has a bathroom with a shower.
The private environment offers beautiful clear views, especially of the Sierra de Jarapalos, creating a picturesque setting to enjoy in your daily life. In a quiet environment, enjoy unforgettable moments with your family in the large pool with hammocks and umbrellas and outdoor areas with relaxing furniture. The barbecue area allows you to prepare lunches and dinners outdoors, in contact with nature. In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower tray for greater comfort by the pool.
