It is close to the idyllic Spanish cities of Nerja and Vélez-Málaga, in Andalusia. The Villa on the Costa del Sol is fantastically located with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea, olive and almond trees. The house is protected by beautiful rock walls, alarm system and an electric entrance gate. The villa is luxurious, secure and fully decorated and the private pool is at your disposal.

It is distributed on two floors:

In the first we find two bedrooms with a double bed each. A large independent and fully equipped kitchen. A living room with windows open to a large dining room with access to the porch and views of the pool. These rooms are very bright thanks to the large windows. We also find two bathrooms with shower.

On the second floor we have a large bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together, with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Outside we find three porches, with chairs and tables, a comfort area with a sofa and armchairs and a large barbecue area. It has a petanque ground. On its large terrace with views of the mountains and the sea we find the pool where you can relax in complete privacy.

The property has private parking.

A short distance from the villa you can do cultural, sports and culinary activities. Play golf in courses located next to the Mediterranean, visit the old town of Granada or dine in a good restaurant in the port of Torre del Mar.
