Description
Luxury villa for 10 people in Marbella, in the province of Malaga, in Andalusia.
This house is distributed over three floors. In the basement you will find a room with an en-suite bathroom, a small gym and a laundry area. On the ground floor you will find the living room with all the comforts, spacious and bright, the kitchen which is equipped with everything necessary for the use of guests. An office and a bedroom with bathroom en suite and a separate toilet. In addition, it gives access to the terrace and the outdoor area.
On the upper floor are the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a terrace with views.
In the outdoor area is its long pool, where you can cool off or sunbathe also in one of the loungers or rest area that is next to it. The house is surrounded by vegetation, giving a feeling of a natural, quiet environment that provides complete privacy. In addition, at night it has lighting that gives a different touch.
It is also very close to Marbella, so access to shops, restaurants and leisure areas are just a few minutes away by car.
