With an excellent location, intimacy, privacy, this luxury villa offers you all the possibilities you can imagine on your vacation.
The accommodation is distributed in three heights. A ground floor with 3 bedrooms and a gym, this ground floor has direct access to the pool and parking area.
A first floor will allow you to enjoy two bedrooms equipped with a double bed each. A common toilet, an interior patio and a relaxation area in a small garden with ornamental plants and a water passage. You will also enjoy the kitchen, family room, game room and dining room.
On the top floor you will enjoy a unique and exclusive room with a private terrace and jacuzzi.
A spacious living room with comfortable sofas and windows to the outside will provide you with the family meeting point you want. Enjoying television will be a pleasure, thanks to the available internet connection, you can enjoy your favorite series or movies.
Next to this family gathering area, there is another living room or small room with a very youthful character, which has a video console with preloaded games so that the smallest of the house and the not so young can enjoy a while fun games, laughter and thus create the memories of your family vacations.
If at any time during your vacation you feel like preparing a more intimate dinner or lunch, you can enjoy an exclusive dining room for it. With a large table and unique chairs, it will create the necessary atmosphere to enjoy long conversations.
You will simply love this kitchen, with upper windows where you will have constant natural light, connected to the interior patio and easy access to the exterior terrace and dining room. You will have a professional oven and stove and different small appliances that will make your days much easier.
With panoramic views from its left side thanks to the large stained glass windows that shelter it, in this bedroom you will find a special size double bed raised on a stepped structure of work and embellished with marble. High ceiling, wide spaces, office and private terrace. You will also have a large wardrobe, a wonderful bathroom with a bathtub and a shower tray. At the same time, you will enjoy a beautiful private jacuzzi, this jacuzzi is inside a glass-enclosed room in which night and day surround you in order to create the perfect atmosphere for you to rest.
We will find two other bedrooms, both with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The difference between them is that one bedroom is inside and has access to the interior patio of the accommodation, however the other bedroom is outside giving access to the terrace outside the façade, which is linear throughout the entire length of the the same, so you can go to the living room or outdoors through two different areas.
To access these bedrooms, you can go down the stairs from the inside of the accommodation or through the exterior windows (they must be opened from inside the bedrooms) that overlook the exterior common spaces and parking area.
Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, for one bedroom, there is an outside toilet in the common area of this floor and the gym showers.
This gym has rubber weights so you can perform different exercises with them and has a treadmill. ,The gym has access to the outside, specifically to the pool area, so you can use the bathroom if you are enjoying the pool area.
The exteriors, with multiple spaces that go from an interior patio connected to the kitchen, a small rest area surrounded by green plants and the flow of water. We highlight the pool area that communicates with an outdoor gazebo where you can sit thanks to the furniture prepared for it. These views are really relaxing and alive. From sunrise to sunset you can be inspired by them.
The pool will provide you with moments of fun and refreshment on the hottest days. Next to the gym area you can do some sport and cool off afterwards without having to go to other rooms.
