Holiday home for 6 people in Alhaurín el Grande, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.
Newly built house with high privacy.
Its location allows you to be in the center of Alhaurín el Grande, Coín or in the road links to Marbella or Málaga in 10 minutes (always with favorable traffic).
Ideal for families who want to have tranquility and privacy, this accommodation offers complete exteriors that include a children's area, a shallow pool (don't forget to always keep an eye on the little ones in the house) and garden furniture to enjoy with the family barbecues and outdoor lunches.
You can park your vehicle inside the plot, a plot that is fully fenced around its perimeter.
Even if you come on vacation and need to telework for a few hours, you can do it without problems thanks to the symmetrical 300mb fiber optic connection that the accommodation has. You will also enjoy your series, video games or movies.
At your entrance you will find a large living room with kitchenette, it will show you a large space to be with the family, with exterior views and very bright. You can be attentive to the little ones in the house and you can enjoy the comfortable sofa.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to prepare lunches and store belongings in an orderly manner. Remember that you can always enjoy a barbecue in the outdoor space dedicated to it.
You will have three bedrooms, spacious, bright and with space to store your luggage, all with air conditioning with heat pump.
Two of the bedrooms have two single beds each and the third and largest one has a comfortable double bed.
The bathroom is spacious, and with a spacious shower tray.
It has garden furniture, fenced plot, barbecue, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, private pool, open-air parking in the same building, 1 TV.
The vitroceramic open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
