Holiday home for 10 people in Benalmádena, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.
It offers a private pool with total privacy, it is located just a few minutes from the Benalmádena beach, it is one of the most beautiful villas with the most spacious terraces and interiors in the entire area.
It is decorated in a modern, young, fresh and casual style, which offers you and your family or friends a dream stay, relaxation and guaranteed comfort.
It is distributed on 3 levels with modern facilities of 290m2, several sunny terraces with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Casablanca natural park.
In the villa you will find four comfortable and spacious bedrooms, all four with full en-suite bathrooms, and a courtesy toilet, there are 4 bedrooms with double beds, all with large closets in each room, two very large independent living rooms, in one of them there are also two single beds. The kitchen is very modern, it is equipped with top brand appliances. Each room has air conditioning with individual regulation, and Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the villa, it is also equipped with BBQ, sun loungers, security lock, alarm and garage for 1 car or large van. Each living room has a SmartTV with Netflix, etc.
It is located in a mountainous area, a car is recommended to travel in the summer months due to the heat of the sun, it is a ten minute walk from the Torremuelle train or bus station, restaurants and shops. Torremuelle beach with various restaurants and bars is a 15 minute walk downhill, and the beautiful and charming Benalmádena Pueblo is only 700m uphill from the villa. In the town you will find several charming squares, restaurants, bars, artisan bakeries, butchers, liquor stores and tobacconists, a pharmacy, various grocery stores, supermarkets, etc., you will find everything you need in this charming Spanish town. Malaga International Airport is a 15-minute drive away. If you or someone in your group likes to shop there is a great designer brand store just a 15 minute drive away. This outlet with more than 100 brands is unique!
It is perfect for a relaxing vacation with family and friends. Enjoy a good glass of Spanish wine or a refreshing sangria, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea from our beautiful villa.
Maximum capacity of the Villa up to 10 people. No pets allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Parties and events are prohibited. Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed. Minimum rental period 1 week.
Note 1: There is no fence around the pool.
Note 2: The gardener will come to the house at least once a week to maintain the plants and the pool.
