The house also has a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet, a 30 square meter living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven and coffee maker.
Outside there is a porch with barbecue area and kitchen and dining table that leads to a private pool from where you can enjoy the sea views.
There is also an outside toilet, an area with a washer and dryer, a garage and a parking area at the entrance of the farm.
The access lane is concreted, it is characterized by curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
