Holiday house for 10 people in Villanueva de Tapia, Province of Málaga.
It is a newly built house, in a rustic style, on one floor. Very cozy and warm, with a spacious living room with fireplace and a large, well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor spaces include a large patio that surrounds the house, with 2 pergolas with dining area and outdoor kitchen area, barbecue and pool. All this in 3 hectares of private, fenced property, with olive and holm oak trees, for exclusive use. Covered parking for two vehicles.
The spacious living room consists of 3 different areas: a fireplace area, another stretcher and sofa table area and a third space with a round table ideal for board games or work. The house has central heating for the entire house.
The kitchen, separated from the living room, is also spacious and has a dining table for 10 people. It is equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, mini mixer, toaster, juicer and kettle. 4 gas burners. Kitchenware and cutlery. The kitchen opens onto a backyard, with access to the washing machine and clothesline.
It has 5 double rooms, 3 rooms with double beds, and two rooms with single beds. All rooms are exterior. It has 3 full bathrooms, 2 of them with a shower and another with a bathtub, one of them en-suite.
The house, although it is in a rural environment, is very easy to access. Ideal for spending a few quiet days, walking, enjoying a beautiful oak forest a 5-minute walk away or to combine it with getaways to Granada, Córdoba or Málaga. An unforgettable stay guaranteed. 45 min. Malaga airport.
