Beautiful house renovated in this year 2021, the history of this accommodation takes us to the old Cortijo Huerto de la Rosa (1890), where a young rancher acquired these lands to dedicate himself to agriculture and livestock, economic support in Alhaurín el Grande during those years .
The farm is fully fenced, and there are no adjoining houses around the farmhouse.
It is very well located, just 5 minutes from the center of Alhaurín.
The intimacy of the accommodation is guaranteed, you will observe this detail when entering with your vehicle, a wide path with a well-kept garden at its sides will give you the first impression of luxury and tranquility that you are looking for on your vacation. It also has a Parking area. The outdoor areas of this accommodation are divided into four areas:
Pool area
Large outdoor space with private pool and garden area.
Accompanying the pool, it has a masonry construction that houses a large heated Jacuzzi, equipped with a bathroom and a massage shower, which will allow you to enjoy and relax in this space. Both pool and jacuzzi can be used both during the day and at night.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- There is a supplement for using the heated jacuzzi: € 60.00 per day
- If the supplement is not paid, the Jacuzzi will remain closed and cannot be used.
- The Jacuzzi can only be hired for the entire stay.
The outdoor pool is not heated!
Children's area
It has a properly separated area with a playground.
Right in front of the entrance to the accommodation, a large pergola to enjoy your lunches outdoors.
Covered barbecue area
To the east side of the accommodation you will find a covered barbecue area and enough outdoor furniture to accommodate all members of the family. Whether it's day or night, you can have great family barbecues and enjoy the country breeze. Next to this barbecue area, you will find some rooms with a kitchen that you can use to prepare your lunches outside.
The interior of the accommodation, as we have already indicated, is taken care of to the maximum detail and with luxurious qualities. The building consists of two floors, having on the ground floor, a large hall that will lead you to a beautiful staircase that leads to the upper floor, it will also lead you to the living room, where you can find comfortable sofas where you can enjoy television , which, thanks to the WI-FI connection offered by the accommodation, you will not lose the thread of your favorite series or you will be able to have the smallest of the house entertained with its cartoon channels. On colder days you can use the elegant fireplace to regulate the temperature of the room. On this ground floor you can also find an independent kitchen with dining room, in this spacious and bright kitchen, you can make any type of lunch and store your provisions with order and balance. Finally, on this ground floor you will find a large bathroom with a bathtub and a shower tray.
Going up the elegant staircase, we reach the upper floor, where we will find five rooms and a hall, decorated with great elegance, which will be a meeting point to find a moment of tranquility.
This floor has two bathrooms with a shower tray that will serve the rooms that we will describe below.
The rooms, all bright, spacious and with wardrobes to store your luggage in an orderly manner, will provide you with the rest you need. Equipped with double glazing closures, the temperature of the rooms and the noise from the outside will not be a problem. In the room as a whole it has the following distributions:
Three bedrooms with double beds.
Two bedrooms with two single beds each.
Remember that the accommodation is air-conditioned with heat pump air conditioning equipment.
