Holiday home for 6 people in Comares, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.
It is a magnificent vacation home that has a lot to offer. Just the spectacular view from the house over the mountains and down to the Mediterranean Sea, is enough to melt your heart. The nearest town (1km) Comares was voted 'Magic Town of Spain'.
It is located in one of the most beautiful places in the Axarquía, surrounded by wonderful nature but not too far from the beaches and all the famous places in Andalusia that are just a day away.
There is a pool area that offers complete privacy, various terraces (including a roof terrace), an Andalusian patio and covered parking space.
Passing the front door, a colorful tiered garden, with lovely hidden seating areas, tropical plants and traditional trees, leads you to the house. The first thing you see is a magnificent covered terrace with a beautiful seating corner and terrace heater. To your right is an open terrace. From both terraces there are spectacular views. There is also an amazing roof terrace where you can sit and enjoy the sunset.
Upon entering the house, the feeling of happiness is instantaneous, especially when you see the cozy living room with fireplace, the comfortable living room and the dining room. Throughout there are beautiful details that give you a warm and welcoming feeling. There is a large Smart tv with Netflix and air conditioning.
The kitchen is very well equipped and has a stone worktop, a dishwasher, plenty of kitchen appliances, even an air dryer. Of course there is an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer combi, cooker and all the utensils you need.
The bathroom next to the living room is spacious and has a shower, a bathtub, a bidet, a toilet and a sink.
The corridor that can serve as an office (there is a desk, printer, library and can be heated separately), leads to the 3 bedrooms and on the other side to the Andalusian patio, where there is a second bathroom and the entrance to the pool area. .
The bedrooms are decorated with colorful bedding and great attention to detail. There are 2 rooms with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds. The main bedroom has a wardrobe and the other two rooms have coat racks and drawer units. All rooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets.
The Andalusian patio is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy an aperitif. There is a table, chairs and an umbrella. It has access to the pool area and the second bathroom.
The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a washing machine and another fridge so you can enjoy a cool drink while lying by the pool.
The pool area is really beautiful. First of all, you have complete privacy here because you can only enter from the house or from the garden through a lockable gate. There is a shower, sun loungers, a garden table with chairs, parasols, a chest with pool toys and last but not least, a pool bar and a gas barbecue. The pool terrace has a balcony with Spanish arches and you can enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.
Swim, eat, relax and enjoy.
The entire property is fenced, making it ideal to bring your pet. There is outdoor lighting throughout so it can be ready for you upon arrival.

The pretty white town of Comares has been voted "Magical Town of Spain" and is often called "The Pearl of the Axarquia". It has cozy restaurants and bars, a supermarket, a bakery (bread baked in a wood oven!), banks, a pharmacy and an ATM. Every morning there is a doctor present. On the outskirts of the town you can enjoy the via ferratas of the largest Zip Line in Spain. The magnificent surroundings invite you to go hiking, cycling, mountain biking or simply. to relax and enjoy the views. Follow in the footsteps of ceramics through the narrow streets of the town and discover the Moorish past of Comares.
The award winning Torre del Mar beach is only a 30 minute (approximately) drive from the house. You can find many cozy 'chiringuitos' (beach restaurants), where you can enjoy the fresh fish that comes directly from the nearby fishing port of Caleta de Vélez. Vélez Málaga, which is next to Torre del Mar, has a large shopping center. The beautiful Lake Viñuela is a 40 minute drive (approximately) from the house. You can walk around the lake and have a good meal in one of the restaurants. Nerja, with its famous caves and the well-known Balcón de Europa is an hour's drive from the house.
Malaga, the pearl of gastronomy and culture, is also an hour away. Visit one of the many museums, attend an authentic flamenco show or shop until you drop on the famous Calle Larios. Malaga has something to offer for everyone.
It is also perfectly located to visit other parts of Andalusia. You can visit Ronda, Granada (Alhambra), Córdoba (Mosque) or the world famous Caminito del Rey, during a day trip.
