The master bedroom has a king size bed (1.5 mtr x 1.9 mtr) with built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, double sink and WC. The second bedroom has two beds (0.90Mtr x 1.9mtr) and is equipped with a built-in wardrobe. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and sink.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and microwave and all necessary small appliances.
The washing machine and dryer are located in the secure cupboard in the terrace area.
The property has a high-tech hot/cold air conditioning system throughout, as well as underfloor heating for the colder months.
The terrace area is spacious and has a dining area with table and chairs, as well as an outdoor 'chill out' area made up of aluminum and textile sofas and chairs. Two folding sun loungers are provided. You will never tire of the views, including the communal pool and gardens, the Mediterranean Sea in its entirety and if you are lucky, you will see dolphins frolicking at certain times of the day.
Regarding the complex, there is a large outdoor 'infinity' pool and an indoor pool. The latter is heated and is accompanied by a sauna.
Above the indoor pool there is a fully equipped gym with weights and machines. Additionally, there is a large communal lounge area with access to the outdoor pool where you can sit and relax or play pool.
The outdoor common areas are spacious and you will find an outdoor exercise area, ping-pong table, picnic area with barbecues and beautiful gardens with extraordinary views. There is no shortage of things to do if you want to venture outside the apartment.
