Description
Holiday Home in Torre del Mar, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.
Located in front of the Mediterranean Sea with direct access to the promenade and beach, it is located in the most exclusive area of Torre del Mar / Caleta de Velez.
The urbanization is made up of 12 houses in a private and closed area of 4600 square meters.
In the center of the urbanization it has a magnificent pool with common areas, the pool open all year round and, in addition, each house has a private garden.
The house has 2 floors, on the ground floor it has a porch with a private garden, a kitchen-integrated in the very spacious living room and a bedroom with an integrated bathroom, this is ideal for people with some difficulty climbing the stairs, it has two beds together for individual use that make up a sleeping space of 180 cm, in addition to the entrance hall, it has a laundry room and stairs to the first floor.
On the first floor it has an en-suite bedroom of about 80 square meters, resembling the views from this to a ship, you can see the sea in front, to the left and to the right.
The bedroom has a private terrace facing the sea with furniture to enjoy the incredible views, it also has another smaller terrace with views of the sea, the bedroom suite has 2 relax sofas and a TV and a large decorative fireplace.
the bathroom is divided, on the left side of the bedroom, it has a shower with chromotherapy, a shower column and overhead shower, as well as a large vanity sink.
On the right side of the room there is another bathroom with another sink and toilet.
In the bedroom there is also a pouf sofa that has the possibility of converting into an 80 cm bed ideal for children if necessary.
The room has several built-in wardrobes, indirect lighting and all the comforts of a magnificent oceanfront suite.
The house is ready for 4 adults and 2 children.
The house has an underfloor heating system and underfloor cooling by aerothermics, which guarantees a comfortable temperature throughout the house, at any time of the year.
The urbanization is a very quiet place even in summer, the vegetation and the garden make it a small oasis, it is the perfect place to read a book, sunbathe, swim or enjoy the beach and the sea, we recommend bathing in the sea at sunrise, a real pleasure without a doubt.
