This fabulous rural home provides all the necessary comforts to make your vacation exactly what you've been wishing for. Located 3 km from the village of Comares, the home offers an ideal resting spot for the whole family, without being too far from amenities.

The house is spread over two floors, both tastefully decorated with attention to detail.

The ground floor of the house hosts the living area, comprised of a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped independent kitchen to meet the needs of a family of up to 8 people. On the ground floor, you will also find a bathroom with a shower and one of the four bedrooms, furnished with a double bed.

The other three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One features a double bed, just like the other two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. The master bedroom also offers the opportunity to enjoy the good weather and warm sun rays throughout the day, with a beautiful private terrace furnished with outdoor furniture. Here, you can relax under the sun, enjoying a glass of wine with your partner and taking in the views of the surrounding shrubs. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the layout of this floor.

The house has air conditioning available for an extra cost and a pellet stove in the living room.

The porch is accessible from the beautiful living room windows. You'll find a chill-out area, perfect for the whole family's relaxation, and a bit further, the fabulous private pool. Additionally, from April 1 to November 15, you can enjoy the heated pool with a temperature reaching 28ºC (depending on the outside temperature). Pool heating is available upon request and for an additional fee.

The outdoor area is completed by a spacious porch with an outdoor dining area and barbecue, perfect for long family evenings.

Access to the house is possible via a concrete and dirt track. The track features curves and slopes typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
