Spectacular villa for 14 people in Alhaurín de la Torre, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.
This 400-square-meter house located on a 1700-square-meter plot is located just a few minutes drive from Malaga airport, several golf courses and the beaches of Malaga capital and Torremolinos.
It has a heated salt pool, barbecue, private parking for several vehicles, bar area, air conditioning and central heating.
The main house has two floors with three bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a spacious living room, a large kitchen, a terrace with views and a living room that serves as a leisure area.
Next to the main house there is an apartment on the ground floor with a separate entrance that has two more bedrooms, a kitchen, a large living room and a bathroom.
There is a double sofa bed and the possibility of including an extra single bed, so that between the main house and the apartment a total of 14 people can be accommodated.
Guests can access the entire house, as well as the garden, swimming pool and barbecue areas. The heated pool is optional and is not included in the price, the cost of using it is € 150.
