Holiday house for 8 people in Coín, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.
Magnificent villa with private pool in the best urbanization in the area, with very good communication to many areas of interest and also surrounded by parks and green areas that allows a lot of privacy.
The house has four bedrooms that are distributed over two floors and several levels as follows:
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a living room, a kitchen and a toilet which are accessed by going down stairs.
Downstairs there are two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a small living room and a bathroom with a bathtub. As in the upper floor, this floor also allows access to a lower level where there is an independent study with a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a wonderful cinema room.
Outside, in addition to the large terrace, you can also enjoy the Jacuzzi and a swimming pool that is heated by means of a heat pump that allows the temperature to rise, although it will always depend on the ambient temperature at that time.
