On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living-dining room, with a comfortable sofa located right between the fireplace and the dining table. Next to the living room, there is a fully equipped independent kitchen; a bathroom with a shower tray completes the ground floor layout.

Upstairs, there is another bathroom with a bathtub and shower tray, and four bedrooms, all with double beds and air conditioning.

The outdoor area, completely fenced, features a lovely porch with an outdoor dining area where the whole family can enjoy the tranquility and savor delicious meals. The private pool is the most charming detail of the house, as it becomes the ideal spot to spend hot summer days. Likewise, the sun loungers around the pool are perfect for sunbathing.
