The rooms of the villa are distributed on a single floor and feature rustic vibes and a welcoming atmosphere. The dining-living room shares space with the fully-equipped kitchen, thus providing a cosy space where to cook and enjoy each other's company. Hedges and a fence enclose the house, which is accessible through an automatic sliding gate and relies on a spacious parking lot inside the plot.

The access to the property is possible via a 3.3-km dirt track.
