Pet-friendly holiday home in Coin - ideal for relaxing

Holiday home on the outskirts of Coin, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This villa is ideal for spending quiet holidays, in an entirely private space that allows you and your family to rejoice in some well-deserved holidays. Its peaceful countryside location (35 km from Malaga airport and 30 km from Marbella's posh spots) lets you relax and, at the same time, reach the province's most fabulous areas. Besides, the Aldi supermarket is just a 5-minute walk from the house, whereas several bars and restaurants are 10-minute-walk far.

The immaculate holiday home is distributed on one floor, and it sleeps 6. A seventh person can also stay at the villa, thanks to the 3rd single bed that can be added in a bedroom. Upon entering the house, you will find a bright dining-living room, equipped with two sofas and a useful dining table. Attached to it, there is a good-sized independent kitchen, equipped with the appliances and kitchenware that one may need to make the most of one's stay.

The three bedrooms of the house are decorated with the same colours as the living space. The master bedroom features a double bed and a brand new ensuite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each, and a large family bathroom with a bathtub completes the house's facilities.

The living room and the bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con.

Outside there are various terraces to relax in and rejoice in the warm weather. There even is a large shaded porch area housing a purpose-built summer kitchen and a dining area for having delicious "al fresco" meals. And of course, one can't miss out on the lovely private pool, which is not overlooked. Last, but not least, the barbecue area, which is adjacent to the pool terrace and garden.

The finca is fully fenced, in the middle of the countryside, rich with orchards and avocado groves.
