The two-storey villa features quality furnishings and rustic decor, providing you with a charming atmosphere.

The upper floor welcomes the main bedroom, equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. Admire the sunrise from the bedroom's private balcony, or enjoy the light filtering through the Mozarabic window covers. Last but not least, open the windows wide open to admire the amazing landscape that surrounds this accommodation.

The other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor: one bedroom is provided with two single beds, while the other features one double bed.

The three bedrooms are equipped with warm/cool air-con.

The ground floor welcomes a cosy living room with a fireplace, TV, a comfortable sofa and an armchair to enjoy relaxing moments with your loved ones. On the same floor, you will also find a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped independent kitchen, which opens onto the BBQ area, to keep anything you need close at hand.

The covered BBQ area is fully equipped so that you can taste the best-grilled lunches, and enjoy them in the lovely outdoor dining area located under a pergola. The private pool area completes the outdoor facilities. The fence all around and the dimensions of the private pool lets you enjoy a refreshing dip. You can also choose to sunbathe while making the most of the spectacular vistas.

Keep in mind that the pool and gardens require maintenance during at least two days a week. The owner will notify you in advance.

Access to the house is fully paved.
