Equipped with all the necessary services and equipment to enjoy a relaxing stay, this property is ideal for a family of six, although it can accommodate up to seven guests thanks to the extra bed provided.
The interior presents a rustic charm, ideal to enjoy a warm atmosphere and the company of your loved ones. The living room is equipped with comfortable sofas and a fireplace. The living room opens onto the fully equipped kitchen, with a dining table and all the utensils you need to prepare tasty meals. A bathroom with a bathtub and three bedrooms occupy the remaining part of the house. Of the bedrooms, two have two single beds each, while the main bedroom is equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. In this way, the whole family will be able to enjoy their well-deserved vacations.
The house has centralized hot/cold air conditioning, as well as electric radiators.
In the outdoor area, the patio houses a rustic porch with an outdoor dining area, which also has a brick barbecue. In the patio, you will also find some loungers perfect for sunbathing and a pool surrounded by a small garden.
Access to the house is possible thanks to a paved lane. It is characterized by curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
