The house is distributed on a split-level floor. Only one bedroom is located on a lower level, which is reachable thanks to an indoor staircase. The stone walls and wooden, double height ceiling create a trait-de-union among all the rooms, as well as the brick details that are spread all over the house.
The living space is the first room you will find upon entering the house; equipped with cosy sofas and a spectacular rustic fireplace, this space welcomes you and your family in the most perfect way. From the living room, a few steps lead to the dining table, where the whole family can gather and make the most of each other's company in front of delicious dishes. From here, three more steps take you to the kitchen, where you are provided with yet another dining table. The villa relies on five bedrooms: three of them are equipped with a double bed each, and one features two twin beds. The fifth bedroom, furnished with two bunk beds, two sofas and even a football table, is located on a lower floor. A bathroom with shower is also provided for the guests inside the house.
The outdoor area is as rustic as you can imagine and conveys the most rural atmosphere to let you enjoy the countryside vibes. Outside the house, you will find a brick-built BBQ, a bathroom with a shower, and a lovely pool area. The latter is located on an upper level, reachable via an outdoor staircase, and it provides you with the most fabulous corner to refresh and soak up the Andalusian sunshine. Lastly, the poolside grassed area allows the whole family to rejoice in nature and beautiful environment that envelop the property.
The access to the house is possible via a 500-mt unpaved lane.
