This holiday home is set on the hills of the province of Malaga. It features all the comforts and facilities that you and your family will need to make the most of your well-deserved holidays in the quietest setting you could imagine. The 200-sq-mt villa mixes modern and rustic touches, thus creating a warm ambience for the whole family to enjoy. The spacious living area is fully equipped: in here, you will have a comfortable sofa at your disposal, as well as a dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette. The latter is provided with modern appliances that guarantee you can cook whatever you like.

The villa's five bedrooms are all furnished with an ensuite and two twin beds each, which can be united or separated at your request. Out of the five bathrooms, four have a shower, and one is equipped with a shower and a bathtub). This way, you and your family could enjoy your privacy and, at the same time, share your well-earned holidays.

Warm/cool air-con and underfloor heating are provided inside the house.

Outdoor, you will have at your disposal a 30-sq-mt porch with an area for "al fresco" dining and a BBQ for having your meals with a view. The 6,000-sq-mt private plot also features a magnificent private pool overlooking the hills, surrounded by several sun loungers for sunbathing as much as you want to. A private tennis court with lighting and lush Mediterranean vegetation are also provided in the plot. In this house, you will experience the real Andalusian atmosphere, surrounded by privacy and palm, olive and orange trees. An outdoor toilet is provided near the pool.

The access to the villa is possible via a 300-mt unpaved lane.
