Modern holiday villa recently built 3km from Alhaurin el Grande with capacity for 4 people, with the possibility of 4 more in a small guest house.
The house has air conditioning in the living room, which also serves the two bedrooms, free wifi, private pool and garden, barbecue and stunning views of the Guadalhorce Valley.
Inside we have a living room, a large kitchen with everything you need for your stay, two double bedrooms and a magnificent bathroom design with shower. The house has a fireplace, but we ask our guests not to use it since it is merely decorative.
The guest house has a double bunk and double sofa bed as well as a bathroom with shower and is fully air-conditioned.
The pool area has hammocks, chill out area on the porch, and barbecue area with table and chairs to eat outside enjoying the views and playground with table tennis and basketball basket.
The house has 3 bedrooms, and capacity for 5 pax.
The accommodation is equipped with the following things: garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet, hairdryer, heating pump, air conditioning in the living room, private pool, covered parking in the same building, TV.
