This lovely ground-floor apartment lies in a gorgeous complex on the Costa del Sol, only 1 km from the beach and beautiful seashores of Mijas Costa. It provides all the comforts you and your family will need to feel at home, but in the enveloping surroundings of the coast of Mijas.

In the apartment, you will find a welcoming living area with warm/cool air-con, provided with a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining table and a lounge space with a sofa and two armchairs. From the living room, full windows give access to the spacious covered terrace, featuring an area for “al fresco” dining overlooking the communal garden.

The two bedrooms of the rental are equipped with one double bed and two twin beds. An extra single bed is also available upon request, for which up to five guests can stay in this apartment. Lastly, a bathroom with shower and one with bathtub are also at the guests’ disposal.

The complex features a communal swimming pool and one pool for children, as well as an open-air parking area in the same building.
