When you want to rejoice in a quiet setting and make the most of a spectacular panorama, you should consider spending your holidays in this fabulous villa near the Reservoir of La Viñuela. The breathtaking views you will enjoy will make you feel better instantly, and the comforts provided both indoor and outdoor let you unwind and feel like you're home far from home.

Once you enter the dwelling, you will be welcomed by a cosy living space, whose modern furniture and Scandinavian vibes harmoniously mingle with more rustic features, such as the wooden-beam ceiling and the terracotta floors, thus creating a unique atmosphere. From the living room, you will access the independent kitchen that is equipped with all the appliances you will need to cook what you prefer. Besides, the kitchen is also provided with a dining table, around which the whole family can gather and enjoy their meals.

The sleeping area features three bedrooms, all equipped with comfortable beds and enveloped in a quiet atmosphere, which ensures full relaxation for the whole family. The master bedroom is furnished with one double bed, the second bedroom features two twin beds, and a fifth bed is located in the third bedroom; hence the house is ideal for a family of five. A bathroom with a shower completes the indoor facilities of the villa.

The living room is provided with a wood-burning stove, and the bedrooms rely on wall-mounted electric radiators to warm up the ambience. Because the house is a refurbished, old thick-walled property, there's no need for air-con, as you will feel comfortable even in summer. However, you can ask for fans if you need them.

The outdoor area doesn't lag behind either; on the contrary, the several corners provided allow you and your beloved ones to spend your free time doing what you prefer in a dreamlike setting.

You can dine "al fresco" in the gorgeous porch, which is also equipped with a chill-out area. The porch overlooks the hills and the valley surrounding the villa, thus ensuring that a fabulous view accompanies your meals. Right next to the porch, another shaded space features two deckchairs and a smaller table.

From the porch, a staircase leads down to the pool area, the jewel on the crown of this holiday accommodation. The private pool lets you rejoice in a refreshing dip and enjoy the gorgeous views while swimming and relaxing in the water. Likewise, you can have a siesta on the poolside sun loungers provided, or shelter under the parasol when the sun rays become too hot.

A BBQ is available upon request.

The access to the property is possible via a 650-mt, semi-paved lane.
