This spacious holiday villa on the hills that envelop the town of Competa is a heaven on earth if you’re a group of 14 people who want to spend some well-deserved holidays together. In fact, the villa is provided with the comforts you will need during your relaxation.

The three-storey villa features seven bedrooms and three bathrooms to be shared among the whole family.

The lower floor of the villa welcomes one bedroom with one double bed and two single beds, which is also provided with an en-suite with shower. This bedroom is accessible from the outdoor area and doesn’t communicate with any other room on the floor. The rest of the floor features one cosy living room with fireplace, one bathroom with shower, and another bedroom with one double bed.

A few wooden steps lead to the first floor, which welcomes one bedroom with a double bed and a fully-equipped independent kitchen and a dining room. However, the cherry on the pie of this floor is the staggering glazed veranda that provides marvellous panoramic views of the surrounding hills.

From the dining room of the first floor, you can access the second and last floor of the villa through a spiral staircase. Here, you will find two bedrooms with one single bed each, and two with one double bed each, as well as one bathroom with bathtub. Central heating is provided throughout the villa by electric plaques.

The outdoor area is reachable from the glazed veranda, and it’s provided with various spots where you can relax and enjoy the natural atmosphere that characterises the whole area. First of all, you will find a magnificent viewpoint from which you can even spot the Mediterranean Sea during clear days. A spacious terrace with dining areas and a BBQ will accompany you to the huge pool area, where sun loungers are located to ensure you’ll make the most of the warm sunshine of Andalucia.

The access to the villa is made possible by a 1-km unpaved lane.
