This spacious vacation home in the hills surrounding Cómpeta is a true paradise for groups of 14 people looking to spend their holidays together. Indeed, the house is equipped with the amenities you'll need to fully enjoy long moments of relaxation.

The three-story house features seven bedrooms and four bathrooms to be shared among all guests.

The lowest floor hosts a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, also equipped with an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray. This bedroom is accessible only from the outside and does not connect with any other room. The rest of the floor includes a cozy living room with a fireplace, a bathroom with a shower tray, and another bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

For bookings from November to March, the bedroom for 4 people with a double bed and two single beds will remain closed due to lack of heating.

Wooden stairs lead to the first floor, where there is a bedroom with a double bed and a fully equipped independent kitchen, as well as a dining room. However, the cherry on top is the stunning enclosed porch that offers amazing views of the surroundings.

From the first-floor dining room, you can access the second and final floor of the house via a spiral staircase. Here, you'll find two bedrooms with a single bed each, and two with a double bed each, plus 2 bathrooms with bathtubs. The house has central heating powered by diesel and electric panels.

From the enclosed porch, you can reach the outdoor area where various spots invite you to relax and enjoy the rural atmosphere that characterizes the entire area. First, you'll have access to a magnificent viewpoint from which you can even see the Mediterranean Sea on particularly clear days. A spacious terrace with dining areas and a barbecue leads you to the pool area, which also includes sun loungers to make the most of the Andalusian sun.

Access to the house is possible via a 1 km dirt road.
