This spacious holiday home in the hills surrounding Cómpeta is a true paradise for groups of 14 people who want to spend their holidays together. In fact, the house comes with amenities you will need to fully enjoy long moments of relaxation.

The three-story house has seven bedrooms and four bathrooms to be shared among all the guests.

The lowest floor houses a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, which also includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom is only accessible from the outside and does not connect to any other room. The rest of the floor features a charming living room with a fireplace, a bathroom with a shower, and another bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

From November to March, the bedroom for 4 people with a double bed and two single beds will remain closed due to lack of heating.

Wooden steps lead to the first floor, where there is a bedroom with a double bed and a fully equipped independent kitchen, as well as a dining room. However, the pièce de résistance is the stunning glass-covered porch that provides breathtaking views of the surroundings.

From the dining room on the first floor, you can access the second and final floor of the house, thanks to a spiral staircase. Here, you will find two bedrooms with a single bed each, and two with a double bed each, as well as 2 bathrooms with bathtubs.

From the glass-covered porch, you can reach the outdoor area where several corners allow you to relax and enjoy the rural atmosphere that characterizes the entire area. First, you will have at your disposal a magnificent viewpoint from which you can even glimpse the Mediterranean Sea on especially clear days. A spacious terrace with dining areas and a barbecue will accompany you to the pool area, which also has sun loungers so you can make the most of the Andalusian sun.

Access to the house is possible via a 1 km dirt track.
