Magnificent villa in a fenced property near Malaga

The location of this villa, in the middle of the countryside of Malaga province, ensures a fantastic holiday to up to eight people. If, on the other hand, you prefer to stay home, its two spacious floors all comfort allow the whole family to enjoy their holidays and make the most of the renowned weather conditions of Andalucia in the villa’s outdoor area.

In the comfortable dining-living room, you will find two cosy sofas where you will have relaxing siestas, a satellite TV and a 6-place dining table for the whole family to sit down together. A fully-equipped independent kitchen is also located on the ground floor, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, you will find the three other bedrooms of the villa: one has a double bed, too, whereas the other two feature two twin beds each. However, the icing on the cake is the lovely first-floor terrace, from which you’ll have a gorgeous view of the villa’s surroundings. One bathroom with shower and one with bathtub are provided inside the house, which also relies on warm/cool air-con.

The outdoor area is fully fenced and enclosed by a tall wall; this way, safety is ensured for all the family members, even the littlest ones. The porch with a swinging sofa lets you kick back in the shadow, while you overlook the lush vegetation and the villa’s patio that extends before your eyes. The rest of the space is occupied by a spacious area, divided from the courtyard by a small wall with a gate. Here, you are provided with a fabulous private pool, several sun loungers on which sunbathing will be a child’s play, a covered BBQ, a shadowed dining area and an independent toilet.

The access to the villa is possible via a paved lane.
